  • Pay on-line via PayPal using the shopping cart... choose the format and number of items you require via the pop-up windows then follow the step-by-step instructions through the secure checkout.
  • Pay by personal cheque... you can email your order using the link on this page. It will download an MS Word orderform for you to fill in. Then you can send it along with the payment in the mail...simple
